Abstract
[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to verify the Heel raise motion using the newly developed toe-prompting training device from an electromyographic point of view. [Measurement method] Measure the amount of muscle activity for 5 muscles, the short toe flexor muscle, the medial head of the peroneal abdominal muscle, the anterior tibial muscle, the medial broad muscle, and the semi-tendon-like muscle. We compared and examined in. In the second report, the Heel raise operation was changed from a 1-second rhythm to a 5-second rhythm. [Results] I The muscle activity of the flexor digitorum profundus, tibialis anterior, and vastus medialis muscles tended to be higher in all phases with spring than without spring. However, the amount of muscle activity in the medial gastrocnemius tended to be small in all phases. [Conclusion] It was suggested that the Heel raise operation using the toe-standing facilitation exerciser is an exercise device that can raise the Heel while suppressing the amount of muscle activity in the medial gastrocnemius muscle compared to the one without the spring.
