Description

We have previously demonstrated beam steering of terahertz waves generated from arrayed photomixers by mechanically adjusting the optical phase. This time, we succeeded in electronically controlling the beam steering angle with an accuracy of less than 10° using an optical phased array that can adjust the optical phase electrically.
