Abstract

<p>For proffer the authorization standard of the act on facilitation reconstruction of deteriorated condominium buildings, studied on evaluation methods and criteria about buildings having the risk of falling cover concrete caused by rebar corrosion. Based on the concept of the binomial test, the number of the deteriorated reinforced concrete elements which highly probable to be the reinforcing bar corrosion higher, is determined by using the data from a survey of the actual buildings. And then, each number of survey points, the criteria for certification was set.</p>
