ケアリーバーへの支援を行う事業所41事業所を対象に、居場所の支援の現状と特色を把握するためにアンケート調査を行った。回答を得た22事業所のうち、17事業所がサロン等の活動をしていることわかった。一方で、運営スタッフの確保、運営資金の不足、リーダーシップを発揮する当事者の育成、などが居場所の支援の困難として把握された。居場所の支援のねらいについては、利用者の孤独や孤立感を解消し、困難や大変さを分かち合える人間関係を築くことが重視される傾向があった。また、利用者との「つながりを維持し続けること」が居場所の支援の基本であり、食や行事を共にする活動があることも特色として把握された。

A questionnaire survey was conducted on 41 organizations that provide support to the young people who leave the social care system, called Care Leaver, in order to understand the current status and characteristics of “Ibasho (existential Place)" supports. Of the 22 organizations that responded, it was found that 17 organizations are implementing activities such as salons. On the other hand, funding and staffing, difficulty in group building and assistance, and helping Care Leavers demonstrate leadership, were identified as difficulties. As for the aim of supporting, there was a tendency to emphasize the creating relationships to help them ease the pain of loneliness and isolation. It was also understood that "trying to stay connected" with Care Leavers is the basis of the supports, and that there are activities such as meals and recreation together.
