Description
The recovery from the Great East Japan Earthquake (the GEJE) was challenging effort. It was the recovery in depopulation society. The impacted communities were recovered as the tsunami safe, but people do not come back. And coordination between recovery of individual life and a community became A big issue. From the lessons from the GEJE, there are many trials of pre-disaster recovery planning in the possible impacted area from the Nankai-Tonankai earthquake. Making community resilience is essential for successful recovery from disasters. The trials of pre-disaster planning were summarized from the viewpoint of contents of plan, and the legislative status of pre-disaster recovery plans.
