Abstract

<p>This report describes our trial community management that we believe will be required in the future, based on the future predictions of the SINIC theory proposed in 1970. The SINIC theory envisions a society in which the center of gravity has shifted from individual to cluster, simultaneously from materialism to spiritualism. This paper attempts to discuss the community that effectively enables to apply project management methods to manage organizations and communities, which are required in such a society and will serve as a starting point for research that will contribute to the future.</p>
