Abstract

<p>人工膜法は，チャネルタンパク1分子を流れる電流を高時間分解能で計測できる強力な研究ツールであるが，その測定効率は低い．我々は，新しい人工膜作製&タンパク組み込み法を開発，単一チャネル電流計測の自動化により，高い測定効率を実現した．さらなる効率化を目指して多チャンネルの同時計測システムの開発にも取り組んでいる．</p>
