<p>Targeting the environment surrounding the road in the university campus, we developed the analytical process to extract the flow path and catchment area using 50 cm resolution DEM (Digital Elevation Model) and to evaluate the rainwater runoff control effect by the cascaded bioswales construction beside the road. The appropriate range of the runoff coefficient and the threshold of cumulative flow were optimized by observing the total runoff. Under the assumption of the rainfall in typhoon 19th in 2019, it is predicted that the total effect will be the runoff reduction with 34.9% to 38.5% of the rainfall. </p>
