Abstract

<p>　Due to the aging of business owners, business succession of small and medium-sized enterprises and family business enterprises has become a social issue. Business succession not only inherits tradition, but also provides an opportunity to realize second founding and innovation by demonstrating entrepreneurship. This research focuses on the recognition of business opportunities in the process of entrepreneurship, and consider the feature of business succession: maintenance of basic management philosophy, existence of existing businesses, diversification of successors, and specific events on the time axis. , We considered how it affects "ambidextrous management," which is a management method that practices exploitation and exploration in a well-balanced manner.</p>
