Abstract

<p>　The method of "visual factory diagnosis" was introduced in the previous report in which the state of the manufacturing site is judged as the maturity level of factory management, strengths and weaknesses are recognized, and steps and directions of improvement are determined by following items requiring improvement as "signs".</p><p>This report incorporates the perspectives of factory management, that is, the perspectives of VRIO analysis, environmental management and business continuity．The "self-diagnosis checklist" checks items requiring improvement as "signs" for the differentiation of products and services regarding Rarity(R) and Imitability(I), Environmental management（E）and Business continuity management (B) as risk management.</p><p>The steps and direction of reform as a strategy of the manufacturing industry based on these studies are introduced as one of the measures to the solution.</p>
