Abstract

<p>In this study, the effect of carbonization temperatures of cedar char on the saccharification performance of cellulase recovered using cedar char was evaluated by kinetic analysis. Cellulase recovered using cedar char showed higher substrate affinity than free cellulase. The elution amount of cellulase tended to increase with increase of substrate concentration.</p>
