Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine the current reform of work styles in Japan "Hatarakigai Kaikaku" and how these reforms relate to work engagement in mind one of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Goal 8. This is a study of the reforms currently underway in Japan and how they relate to work engagement. This study also aims to raise issues in the Sustainability Co-creation Program targeting the SDGs.
