<p>The Nuclear Regulatory Authority has so far effectively disallowed the implementation of on-line maintenance(OLM), and it is considered important for the introduction of OLM to strengthen the risk-informed technical basis for each LCO, remedial action, and AOT. We will discuss the steps to be taken by regulators and operators with regard to the implementation of OLM.</p>
