Abstract

This report summarizes the activities of the Center for Distance Learning of Japanese and Japanese Issues from Fall 2022 to Summer 2023. It is divided into the following four sections: 1) recent usage of learning contents, 2) improvement of existing contents, 3) development of new contents, and 4) lectures and symposia. In terms of the content usage, the number of TTBJ examinations exceeded 20,000 for the first time, with an increasing trend, especially for group examinations. The Tsukuba Web Corpus exceeded one million page views for the first time, although some other contents showed a downward trend in usage. It also reports on various approaches to improving the usability of existing contents, three newly developed contents, and an organized lecture series.
