Description
The purpos e o f this Practical research was to examine the ideal form of support for non-Attendance students in Collaboration with Educational support Centers and School Counselors. During the period from April X to October X, As A Staff member of the Educational Support Center, I supported non-Attendance students, and at the junior high school, I worked as a coordinator to strengthen the function of the school support team. We also worked on collaboration with the university t hrough online supervision. As a result of verifying these practices, it was found that (1) Assessment is the starting point for determining the direction of support, (2) Understanding the non-Attendance student as a human being, (3) Thinking About support in a positive direction, and (4) Distinguishing between what a school can do and what it cannot do through collaboration. It was suggested that the four points Are factors in building an organizational collaboration system.
