<p>Since the mid-1980s, Taiwan has experienced rapid urban development, marked by the emergence of new apartments in major cities like Taipei. In response to a housing rights movement in the late 1980s, the government announced the construction plan for Danhai New Town. As a result, Danhai New Town became one of Taiwan's most developed areas in the past decade, attracting numerous sandwich-Man due to increased housing advertising demand. The continued presence of sandwich-Man signifies the sustainability of urban development. However, existing research on sandwich-Man does not address their connection to urban development. This report focuses on Danhai New Town's sandwich-Man, aiming to reveal their subjectivity through an consideration of their labor situation and diverse bodily practice.</p>
