Description

We report a rare case of ductal papilloma in the retromolar minor salivary grand. A 78-year-old female patient visited our hospital with the chief complaint of a mass in the left retromolar region. She had noticed the mass 1 month earlier．MRI and US imaging suggested that the mass had a clear and smooth margin．Ａ clinical diagnosis of ａ benign tumor was made， and the tumor was removed with the patient under local anesthesia．The excised specimen was histologically diagnosed as intraductal papilloma of minor salivary gland．
