Description

This study analyses the sufficiency of "methods of requesting clarification" as taught in class and contained in Japanese language textbooks. The results indicates : (1)Requests for clarification were frequently used by learners, but not effectively. (2)Only a few textbooks contains information for clarifications strategies that learners need complement.
