Description

A learning program consisting of a geological mapping exercise to improve imaging of the spatial extent of a formation was conducted. The significance of placing yourself in an outdoor space was considered in this program. The results of a questionnaire survey conducted after the class indicated that pseudo-fieldwork using a simplified model outcrop was positively accepted by the students. In addition, it was determined that the activity of making a paper model had an effect in imaging the spatial extent of a formation.
