Description
In the previously proposed terahertz wave generation method using a tunable laser, we have demonstrated wireless signal transmission in the 300 GHz band in this study. The obtained bit error rate and eye pattern indicate good transmission quality, confirming the feasibility of terahertz-wave wireless communication using this method.
