Abstract

Optoporation is a non-invasive, clean, and efficient way to transfect cells–delivering cargo into them. Here we characterize intracellular delivery using ns-pulsed laser. HeLa cells are cultured on a metal coated substrate, and the delivery is demonstrated. The viability and delivery rate of cells are evaluated for optimization.
