Abstract
In the power electronics field, the movement that the EMI noise standard is revised is being carried out by IEC. In this paper, we investigate measures to apply frequency spreading to the frequency range and measurement conditions of the new standard(below 150 kHz), and consider measures that can achieve both noise reduction performance and miniaturization of electronic equipment and low standby power performance.
