Abstract

<p>症例1は80歳代，男性．食思不振・便秘症の精査のため紹介され，肝障害および肝CT値の上昇を認めた．アミオダロン内服中止により肝CT値の改善を認め，7カ月後，肝機能は正常化した．症例2は80歳代，女性．アミオダロン内服開始16カ月後にアミオダロンによる肝硬変と診断し，同薬を中止したが，肝不全により死亡した．アミオダロンによる肝障害は，時に肝硬変へと進展する重大な副作用であり，注意を要すると考えられた．</p>
