Description
This paper focuses on companies that utilize telework as BCP such as Nihon Unisys, Ltd. and Oracle Corporation Japan, and clarify how telework was used in a super-flu response last year to sort out future issues from interviews and literature reviews. Both utilize telework as a response in the case of "affected family living together" and "flu days of day-care center and school". From these cases, it would be expected that telework has three potential effects; (1) infection prevention of a super-flu, (2) business continuity in emergency situations, (3) psychological effects such as a sense of safety and trust among employees, family, co-workers, and clients.
