Abstract
<p>高齢者関節リウマチ（rheumatoid arthritis：RA）は，若年発症RA（younger-onset rheumatoid arthritis：YORA）が高齢化したRAと，60歳以上で発症したEORA（elderly-onset rheumatoid arthritis）に分類される．EORAでは，YORA同様，T2T（treat to target）に準じた治療を行い，低疾患活動性を目標にコントロールするのが現実となっている．しかし，高齢者は多彩な合併症を有しており，高齢化RAと同様，治療にあたり合併症の増悪や薬物による有害事象を定期的にモニタリングすることが重要である．</p>
