Description
<p>悪心嘔吐，意識障害，小脳性運動失調を呈した50歳女性．偽性高クロール血症と著明な虫部を含めた小脳全般の萎縮がみられ，ブロムワレリル酸含有解熱鎮痛薬の常用歴があり，血中ブロム濃度の高度上昇を確認し，ブロムワレリル酸中毒と診断した．ブロムワレリル尿素含有解熱鎮痛薬は本邦では一般に市販され，今なお，問題となり得る疾患であり，病態にそぐわない高クロール血症では，同疾患も念頭に置いた診断・治療が求められる．</p>
