Description
The spread of influenza A virus variants needs continuous monitoring because of the high mutation rate. Many infections in humans have been reported and this might be due to the potential of these viruses to mutate and result in a change of host from birds to humans. The host change can be observed as a change of the bonding between the virus protein and the host sugar chain. We used sugar chains with different coordinations of terminal sialic acid and penultimate galactose as the detection molecules. For the enhancement of sensitivity, we have developed the distribution control of molecules. Using the bovine serum albumin localization, we have obtained the stable distribution.
