Description

A suitable model should b set up for industrial problem before aplying mathematical programming, especially integer progrmming technique for solving and taking decisions. In this paper, we hve developed an efficient mixed integer programming algorithm using a Transportation Problem structure t solve the Charge Planning Problem for special steel production. The computational results for this algorithm by using actual industrial data have also been illustrated.
