<p>The number of victims of mountain incident is increasing every year in Japan. We held the robot contest to help developing drone and robot technologies to search victims of those incidents. In this article, we state what we found through this contest, the potentialities of utilizing drone for mountain search and the additional tests to be performed for its practical use.</p>
