Description

クライオプローブ生検は，凍結させることにより組織を採取する，新しい生検方法であり，大きな検体の採取が可能である。海外の臨床試験の結果や当院での臨床試験の経験から，クライオプローブ生検は，肺癌診療において，有効かつ比較的安全な生検方法と考えられる。一方，安全に実施するためには，気管内出血などの有害事象への適切な対応の習得が求められる。
