Abstract
This work suggests how to utilize conductive ink through designing a book cover with torch, named "Book Cover Light", and discusses its likely issues in automated production of such ink that has not been well investigated previously.
Printing with electric conductive ink allows direct translation of electrical circuit or electron circuit from plans without losing characteristics and functions of printing materials.
However, despite its usefulness, in comparison with ordinary circuits, there would be peculiar issues in mass-producing circuits made with conductive ink.
Therefore, such circuits tend to be used for prototypes or produced in small number.
This paper intends to reveal the properties of conductive ink through product developments and propose methods for the mass production.
