The purpose of the present work was to investigate a mechanism of human health by constructing a model of human consciousness and mind as information and energy from the viewpoints of quantum theory and holographic cosmology. It is believed that omnipresent information and energy in the whole universe's spacetime would be related to nonlocal information based on the holographic principle, and that its localized state would be recognized as individual consciousness. From energy transformation of consciousness information to coherent tunneling photons and its energy transformation in brain cells as described by quantum brain dynamics, a weak voltage of the brain waves, chemical formation and control of hormone in brain would occur. As a result, it is believed that the consciousness information would affect the DNA which would be transferred to the whole human body. Two models of synchronicity were proposed as a mechanism of nonlocal medicine. The first model for synchronicity has resonance information of consciousness information I_<c1>(r_1,it_1) and nonlocal information I_<NL> (r, -it) including health information, expressed by the imaginary time on a 3-dimensional boundary hologram. The synchronicity phenomenon of nonlocal medicine with the information quantity I_<SH> occurs in the 4-dimensional space-time r_<SH> and real time t_<SH> in the overlapped region of the phenomena and consciousness. The second model proposed that the resonance [(px-Et)_c=n(px-Et)_<Univ>] region of the consciousness wave function Ψ_C=Ae^<i(px-Et)/h> and the wave function of the nonlocal information Ψ<NL> appear in the usual 4-dimensional spacetime, and then nonlocal healing occurs. In addition, a possible physical description (I_<NL>→I_C→hv→mc^2) is shown for nonlocal medicine, psychosomatic medicine and holistic medicine that heals the whole human being. Especially, the I_C is a hologram including information of the whole universe even though the diluted information, and nonlocal healing could occur for nonlocal information resonance by concentration on the inner consciousness.
