Description

Regression therapy is a therapeutic process that uses one's earlier life experiences as source material to resolve current problems. This therapy lifts memories from the client’s subconscious mind, enabling the client to explore a past life. Therapists use this therapy to get to forgotten, ignored or repressed experiences that are bothering people, but also to reactivate positive feelings, forgotten positive experiences and sleeping talents. In this paper, I report on the effects and the findings of my experiences with regression therapy.
