Abstract
<p>In recent years, 3D printer technology has become popular not only for industrial use but also for individual use.</p><p>However, It is not used for production of the final products for reason which mechanical strength is insufficient. Purpose in this study is to make a ceramic-plastic composite material by using FDM 3D-printer. It becomes easy to make a composite material which consists of partially different material by using them. In addition, it is expected improvement of mechanical properties. An original made extruder which has high-stiffness were used to make mixed ceramics filament because it was required to withstand extruding pressure. It can make filament which contained ceramic powder with 45 vol.% maximum. Objects were made from the filament were evaluated about dimensional accuracy, wear amount and durometer hardness. It was confirmed that FDM 3D-printer was able to print object using the filaments and the wear amount decreased and the hardness increased by increasing of the ceramic powder.</p>
