Abstract
We are researching to find the proper video coding techniques for integral 3D images to obtain a more efficient compression performance. In this paper, we show the compression performance for captured elemental images by using the existing techniques such as 3D-HEVC and precisely describe the proposed method for resizing the elemental image before converting it into multi-view images. The results of this study show the proposed method improves the compression performance more effectively.
