Description

<p>This paper showed about development of information management System to upgrade disaster victims’ life recovery operations. We have no ideas to make a database of information system from analog data such as the survey sheets and application forms quickly and efficiently. It is important to gathering information and to estahlish useful databases in "The Intelligence Cycle”. And to assign sequetially-number is necessary and important for management of database. The objective was is to manage a lot of information collected by post-disaster operations to improve the efficiency of recovery operations.</p>
