Abstract
<p>AORA registry 2017におけるステロイド性骨粗鬆症（GIO）の治療現状について調査した．全体の約3割の患者が治療対象であり，そのうち67.2％の患者に何らかの骨粗鬆症治療が行われていた．GIO非治療群は有意に平均年齢が低く，男性の割合が有意に高かった．また，男性は女性よりも有意に治療率が低かった．今後は，未治療の患者を減らす検討が必要と考えられた．</p>
