Abstract

<p>Force feed back devices have been studied. Many of them are desktop type fixed to a heavy object such as desks, and they can not be used for applications with movement. Wearable devices have been developed, however, other problems such as discomfort caused by the reaction force of the device at another part of the body are occured. In this research, a force feed back method using compressed air jetting for wearable force feed back device is proposed. In this paper, concept of the method is introduced and the effectiveness is verified with prototype.</p>
