- 気づき支援CADシステムにおける溶接性評価技術の開発

<p>We are developing “Insight CAD system” as one of the design support technologies. The challenges in 3D CAD design are following two items.1) By the complexity of the CAD model by increasing the number of parts, designers take much time to check the design rules visually. 2) Since the assembly is impossible in manufacturing stage, rework to the design stage occurs. Therefore, the purpose of Insight CAD system development is to check design rules automatically, and to give the information about the violation part and the error list for designers. In this paper, we report on the new function of evaluating weldability. By adding these functions, we can check the distance between the welding lines automatically. Furthermore, we can also check the accessibility of the welding torch automatically. By checking the weldability at the design stage, we can reduce the rework from the manufacturing to the design.</p>
