<p>肩鎖関節脱臼に対してプレートによる整復後に抜釘したスクリュー孔部で疲労骨折を生じ，偽関節にいたったまれな1例を経験した．症例は21歳男性．左肩鎖関節脱臼に対して観血的脱臼整復術を行い，8ヵ月後に抜釘した．抜釘後1年で外傷のエピソードなく左肩痛が出現し，単純X線像で骨孔の部位に骨増生像を認め，すでに偽関節の状態であった．抜釘後1年10ヵ月で自家腸骨移植とプレートによる内固定を行った．</p>
