Abstract
<p>医療安全への社会的な関心が高まり，手術手技の修練はいきなり患者で行うのではなくOn-the-job trainingによる臨床経験を積んだ上で，まずは模型や動物などによる練習を行うことが求められている。甲状腺内視鏡手術で要求される技術レベルは高いが，先進的であるためにトレーニングの機会が少なく，また人体との解剖学的差異のために動物を用いたトレーニングも困難である。よって安全な甲状腺内視鏡手術を習得する教育システムの構築が急務である。本学ではドライラボトレーニング，シミュレーショントレーニング，カダバートレーニングを組み合わせた卒前卒後一貫型の実践型内視鏡手術トレーニングプログラムを構築し，外科医師の育成，特に内視鏡手術手技に関する教育を進めている。特に，カダバートレーニングは医療安全に配慮した上で十分に実践的なトレーニングが可能であるため，幅広い医師が参加できるような体制が望まれる。</p>
