Description

Evidence based clinical psychology would have been suggesting for more than 10 years in Japan. Among some experts, the social responsibility has been recognized during a decade. In this paradigm, the assessment methods have to be standardized highly and questionnaire methods and standardized interview easy to be standardized have often adopted. On the other hand, human being is very complicated and clinical psychologists would not be able to ignore the human nature difficult in standardization. The projective techniques would be controlled by the subjectivity and experience of the clinicians, and difficult to be standardized. However these would have the availability that can approach complicated human nature. This article argued the possibility of test battery of questionnaire methods and projective techniques for psychological clinical practice of depression.
