- 第1中足骨の長腓骨筋腱剥離骨折の1例

Description
<p>長腓骨筋腱裂離骨折は，報告が少ないまれな骨折である．今回，第1中足骨基部長腓骨筋腱裂離骨折に対して，観血的整復術を施行し，良好な経過を経た症例を経験した．CCSとMini ThightRope®（Arthrex社，USA）を使用し骨片を固定した．治療方法に関しては，確立したものはなく，転位の大きさや，骨片の大きさ，体重などを検討して決定するべきである．</p>
