Abstract

<p>The enterprise information system development projects are expected to achieve low rates of workload(person per month) overruns. However, most surveys show that performance on the enterprise information system development projects are poor with high rates of workload overruns and produces high failures rates, especially as the scale of development increases. In this study, we investigate the information system development projects of the major system integration company and address the causal relationship between the risk assessments at the planning phase and the difference in the workload between planned and actual.</p>
