Abstract
<p>Manufacturing enterprises require improving their recycling rates of used products for creating a sustainable society. However, disassembly factories receive many products with different degrees of deteriorations and various disassembly procedures, so it is difficult to efficiently generate a suitable schedule for the disassembly process of products and post processes such as cleaning and inspection. A previous research developed a disassembly and post process scheduling method by using an evolutionary algorithm. Our research proposes an extension of the previous scheduling method by focusing on a throughput-time of disassembly products. A prototype of scheduling system was developed to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method. The experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed method from the viewpoint of the total time for disassembly and post processes.</p>
