Abstract

<p>ＨＥＭＳを有する集合住宅を対象に省エネルギー行動とエネルギー消費に関する調査を行い、その結果を報告してきた。本報告では、既報その１４に続き、全戸に集合住宅用燃料電池（エネファーム）を設置したマンションを対象に、燃料電池の運用実績に基づいて、電力、ガスの使用量とエネファームの影響・効果について分析した。その結果、燃料電池利用でＣＯ２が約９％削減できることや燃料電池による発電パターンや発電効率の季節変動などが明らかになった。</p>
