効果的な教育実習指導の教育方法の開発を目的とし,従来多く見られる一般的な指導過程とは異なる方法論を提案した。まず,1授業のユニバーサルデザイン化(UD化)を意識した学習指導案を指導者自身が構想する。次いで,21の指導案と実習生の指導案を比較検討させ,違いを認識させる。最後に,32の作業をふまえた上で,実習生にあらためて授業の構想案を考えさせた。その結果,「授業のUD化」を意識した指導案を参考につくらせることで,実習生の授業構想力が向上することが明らかになった。また,実際に「授業のUD化」を意識した指導案の模範を作成することで,教育実習指導が教員自らの授業のあり方を見直す重要な契機となる可能性(教員養成系の大学教育における「学習共同体」の今日的意義)を示すことができた。

The purpose of this research is to propose different methodology from the general instruction process which develops the education technique of effective practice teaching instruction, and is seen mostly until now. Research is advanced in the following procedures. 1. First, the leader itself conceives of the educational guidance proposal which was conscious of universal design of the lesson. 2. Next, comparison examination of a leader's teaching plan and a trainee's teaching plan is carried out, and a difference is made to recognize.
