Abstract

The purpose of this research is to show a foundation of communication and social system in nursing. The most important part of this research is that our communication is in contingency. In nursing communication, this situation is the same. In our communication, we must create an understanding between ego and alter ego. This issue of relation between ego and alter ego is not irrelevant to the relation between nurse and patient. In our communication, understanding is not intended to be handed. Shared understanding means to create understanding each other. Unilateral communication is a problem in nursing. On the other hand, nursing system is a social system. Social system forms a structure of expectation. In nursing system, structure of expectation leads stability for nursing. When nursing environment changed, nursing system has to change itself. When dealing with this Problem, we must analyses the nursing by the sociological perspective.
