抄録

From a viewpoint of computer science, management of a project including both humanwork and computer-work, focuses on the development of a good, high-quality, qualified humancomputer interface, including its representation, design, implementation, execution, and maintenance. Since we have been familiar with a group work for education and research support, we are interested in human-computer interface. In this paper, we considered the planning of improvement of a building against earthquake, as an example of such project management. We adopted the PERT technique to support human work, and, work-processors attacked to a computer network as human-human as well as human-computer interface.
