Description
These days a field of community sport is so crucial and gains a lot of attention in sport management studies. The purpose of this study is to organize theoretical systematization in the sport management, which has not been established clearly, as well as to reconsider issues on sport management relating to community sport. In addition, there is a need for a marketing approach to community sport study. The followings are issues on sport management that we discuss. 1.Understanding sport management in terms of the multidimensional structure can clarify agendas for community sport that we should discuss. Besides, strategic approaches are expected to stimulate discussions and function effectively in community sport. 2.It is necessary to conduct marketing research and management approaches comprehensively in community sport. As a further study, various marketing approaches to community sport will be required and the agendas which come up from these studies should be examined.
